At Collington, A Kendal Affiliate, we give you options when it comes to financing. We understand the financial aspects are crucial when picking a senior living community, so we offer our Life Care option (also known as Type A Contract) and our Fee-for-Service (also known as Type C Contract).
- Life Care (Type A Contract):
This option is an all-inclusive plan for the future. What does that mean? Well, residents have unlimited access to nursing care included in their monthly fee. This type of contract doesn't throw any curveballs in price if a different level of care is needed!
- Fee-for-Service (Type C Contract):
This option lets you enjoy the independent lifestyle at a lower monthly fee. The fee also includes resident services, activities, and meals. If nursing care is needed somewhere down the road, residents will have to pay additionally or those services.
