Travel More

There are endless options for travel destinations during retirement. Make it a point to travel more in 2019. Explore the world and learn about new cultures and people. Set a goal to travel to a certain number of new countries next year and meet that goal.

Lose Weight and Eat Healthier

Set a realistic goal for the amount of weight you want to lose. Go on walks around the beautiful Collington trails. Strive to lose a pound or two a week or just focus on eating healthier. Go shopping at healthy supermarkets in the DC area to buy the essential items to improve senior health.

Learn Something New

Learn a new language or learn how to play a new instrument. There are various benefits to learning a musical instrument as an adult. Give it a try!

Save Money

Saving money and spending less are both things that are easier said than done. For your New Year’s resolution in 2019, put away a certain amount of money each month into a savings account. Try and spend less money on things you do not need.
